Smith, Richard Max, 1930 –

Richard Max Smith (1930- ) was educated at Parramatta High School and the University of Sydney. Between 1951 and 1978 he worked in the mining and steel industry. He was elected to the Legislative Assembly as the Liberal Party member for Pittwater in 1978. Smith retired from Parliament in 1986.
