Rozzoli, Kevin, 1938 –

Biographical notes

Kevin Richard Rozzoli (1939- ), watchmaker, solicitor and parliamentarian, was born at Sydney the son of Francis and Kathleen Rozzoli. He was educated at Richmond High School, trained under his father as an apprentice watchmaker, and in 1985 completed a Diploma of Law through the Barristers Admission Board.

Rozzoli was an alderman on Windsor Municipal Council (1968-1974) before entering parliament in 1973 as the Liberal member for Hawkesbury in the NSW Legislative Assembly. Rozzoli held various shadow portfolios while in opposition and in 1988 was appointed Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. He retired from parliament in 2003.
